1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the download and use of Eduaroo: Tablas de Multiplicar (Eduaroo: Multiplication Tables, the “App”), an educational app for learning and practicing multiplication tables, as well as the purchase of its Premium license.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If the App will be used by a child, the parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf and agrees to supervise its use. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.

These Terms apply specifically to this App and are supplemented by the Eduaroo: Multiplication Tables Privacy Policy and by the terms of the store from which it was downloaded (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

2. Provider details

The App is developed and offered by a trader acting for purposes relating to its business, within the meaning of consumer protection law:

3. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on devices you control, for private educational purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the relevant store.

This license is not a sale of the App and does not transfer any ownership rights in it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Archivados Network S.L. and, where applicable, its licensors.

4. Permitted use and family supervision

The App is designed to be used by children under the supervision of a responsible adult. You may not:

  • copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • circumvent, disable, or tamper with advertising, the purchase system or Premium license, or security mechanisms;
  • distribute, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
  • use the App unlawfully or in a way that could damage or overload it or harm third parties.

The parental PIN is set up and stored locally on the device. The family is responsible for keeping it private and for configuring the parental and purchase controls offered by Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the operating system.

5. Free version and advertising

The App can be downloaded and used free of charge. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob, configured as child-directed, contextual only, non-personalized, and with a maximum G content rating. Details about the data Google processes are described in the Privacy Policy.

Ads are third-party content. Although we apply the filters available for child audiences, we do not control each individual ad. If you see an inappropriate ad, email us at nicolas@archivados.com so we can review and block it.

6. Premium license: price, payment, and restoration

  • Premium is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription: it does not generate recurring charges and does not renew automatically.
  • Premium removes advertising and unlocks the Premium features shown in the App at the time of purchase.
  • The final price, including applicable taxes, is shown in the store before you confirm the purchase and may vary by country and currency.
  • Payment is processed exclusively by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. Archivados Network S.L. does not receive or store full card numbers or payment credentials.
  • The purchase is linked to the store account used to make it. You can restore it on another device or after reinstalling the App by using the same account and the restore purchases option.

We recommend that purchases are always made or authorized by an adult. Purchases may be subject to the family controls and authentication configured in the store.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Premium is digital content supplied immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, under applicable law, this right is lost once supply of the digital content begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, as requested during the store’s purchase process.

Refund requests are handled through the store where the purchase was made, under its policies: Google Play refunds or Apple refunds. You can also email us and we will help you with the process.

Nothing in this section limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Conformity, warranties, and consumer rights

We strive to ensure that the App works properly and is fit for its educational purpose. If you are a consumer, you benefit from the statutory conformity guarantees for digital content under applicable law (in Spain, the consolidated General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), including the right to have non-conforming content brought into conformity and, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The App is offered as a learning support tool and does not replace teaching or guidance from teachers or professionals. We do not guarantee specific academic results.

9. Updates, availability, and changes to the App

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve security, meet legal or store requirements, or improve educational content. Some updates may be necessary for the App to keep working properly.

We will provide the updates needed to keep the App in conformity for the period required by law. If we ever stop offering the App in the stores, we will try to ensure that Premium buyers can continue using the installed version with its Premium features, to the extent technically possible and permitted by the operating system and the store.

10. Local data and privacy

Progress, preferences, Premium status, and the parental PIN are stored locally on the device and are not sent to our own servers. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it may permanently delete that information, except for backups managed by the operating system itself. Premium status can be recovered by restoring purchases.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual and industrial property

The App, its code, design, illustrations, sounds, texts, trademarks, logos, and other content are owned by Archivados Network S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. “Google Play” and “App Store” are trademarks of their respective owners.

12. Liability

Archivados Network S.L. is liable for damage caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence and in any other cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited, as well as for compliance with statutory consumer guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: interruptions or failures attributable to the device, the operating system, the internet connection, or third-party services such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Google AdMob; loss of local data caused by clearing data, uninstalling, or device failure; or use of the App contrary to these Terms.

13. Third-party services and links

The App relies on third-party services (Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Google AdMob) governed by their own terms and policies. Ads or other links may lead to external sites or apps for which we are not responsible.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Archivados Network S.L., not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you have the App installed or use it. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously breach these Terms, the license may be terminated, without prejudice to any rights you have by law regarding a purchase already made.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or functional changes. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, we will communicate it within the App or on its store listing. Changes will not adversely affect Premium purchases already made.

16. Governing law, jurisdiction, and complaints

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain the protection granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

If you have an issue or complaint, please email us first at nicolas@archivados.com and we will try to resolve it amicably. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence and use the consumer services and out-of-court dispute resolution schemes available where you live. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Murcia (Spain).

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Last updated: November 5, 2026. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
